This is a versatile dish and great if you have extra vegetables or meat from other dishes. I prefer crispier noodles more like chow mein, but without a wok this is the closest I've been able to get with a regular stove and nonstick pan.

Thanks so much...made your fried rice and Broccoli and Chicken recipes(prefer the steak but only had chicken) and they were so YUMMY!!! Will try this soon too.
