Yes, we're still eating our way through our favorite Chinese foods...or shall I say the leftovers from our New Year's (eve) feast.  All I've heard for days is 'I want yowza, when do we get to eat yowza'.  I love how she pronounces it.

Though we have found a couple of good frozen store bought versions, this is our favorite homemade recipe.  If you prefer to get frozen, in my opinion you can't go wrong with a pork and shrimp version.
