No strange ingredients here (with the exception of oyster sauce maybe). Good ol' beef and broccoli. And you can really add as much beef (or chicken if you don't like beef) and whatever vegetables you happen to have.
My stir fry cooking method might seem overly complicated at first since there's lots of transferring, but it's really not that hard to get the hang of. And unless you are a wok master, which I am not, I've found that this is the best way to keep everything from getting over cooked and the sauce just right. Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Thank you so much for writing a recipe for this! I know most Chinese people explain stir fry with vague instructions (How many tablespoons is in "a little dash"?), so this is going to prove very helpful!
