2 eggs
1/2 C milk
1/2 C flour
1/2 tsp sugar
1/3 tsp salt
2 Tbs butter

Blend the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and salt in a blender. 

Preheat the oven to 425F.  Put butter in the baking dish (cast iron pan or square baking pan) and place the baking dish in the oven until the butter has melted.  Add the batter to the pan and bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until the pancake is golden brown and puffed up.

Serve with caramelized apples or berries and whipped cream.
