Ingredients

1.5 oz (50g) your favorite dark chocolate
3 Tbs (50g) butter
1 egg
8 Tbs powdered sugar
2.5 Tbs flour

Preheat the oven to 425F (220C).  Lightly butter 2 ramekins or containers that can withstand the heat.  With a saucepan on low melt the chocolate and butter.  When it is shiny and there are no chunks take it off the heat and let it cool slightly.  In a bowl whisk the egg and powdered sugar.  Whisk in the chocolate mixture and flour.  Divide into ramekins and bake for 8 minutes.  Depending on how much fudge sauce you want you may want to increase or decrease the baking time.
